Web and Mobile Customer experiences (content & design)
For several years, I was director of Cognizant.Com. In that role, I orchestrated a confluence of writing, design, software functionality, and product-market fit analysis to articulate Cognizant's value propositions across more than 30 technology businesses and industry verticals. I managed an epic site redesign that addressed 700 pages of outdated content, and I drove the upgrade of the customer experience. I managed a global team of more than 20 writers, designers, software engineers, and our agency-of-record. Our team re-wrote all content and trimmed the site to just over 400 pages, cutting site bloat by almost 50% and enabling a new site architecture that was more open and customer-friendly.
